Blending Skid Manufacturer

Blending Skids are designed engineered and tailor made to provide the transfer of blended fuel in ratios that range from 1% to 99% while complying with all necessary petroleum and safety standards as required. In-line blending systems basically includes metering and dosing pump, liquid metering skid, in line blending unit, shear mixing unit, in line mixer, in line dosing skid, and other electrical and instrumentation equipment’s like mass flowmeter, VFD, PLC etc. These fully assembled and tested systems are usually used to create a wide range of finished and final petroleum products. These mechanical items, equipment’s and instruments are mounted on a steel structural frame of the blending system including preinstalled piping along with necessary pipe fittings and electrical control panel.

Standard Blending Skid Specification:
Flow rate – Upto 1892 LPM or 500 GPM (Can be designed as per requirement)
Maximum Temp – 149 Deg C or 300 Deg F
Maximum Pressure – 12 Bar or 174 PSIG
Complete blending skid shall be supplied complying electrical & safety aspects as per Asian, European & American standards.
